If you’ve ever wandered around Rockefeller Center, you might recognise the headquarters of McGraw-Hill Financial, which is situated at 1221 Avenue of the Americas. This building provided exterior shots for the Elias-Clark building in the film adaptation of The Devil Wears Prada. Somewhere on the other side of those windows, Miranda Priestly is ruthlessly churning out editions of Runway.

  1. The Lobby of Runway is actually the third floor of the News Corp building at 1211 Ave of the Americas. I use to work there (on the 13th floor) but the gym and cafe were on the 3rd so I’d see it often.
