Ahoy, mateys! Time for another OwlCrate unboxing!
March is my last month as an OwlCrate rep and I absolutely adore the contents of this SAILORS, SHIPS & SEAS box.
The box kicks off with another gorgeous content card and button. OH! And the back of the card is designed to look like a treasure map!
I have no idea what I’m going to do with this Simply Gilded washi tape because I’ve never used any before but this mermaid scale pattern is amaaaaaazing.
I think I would freak out if I ever encountered a squid or octopus in real life but I love cartoon illustrations of them. This notepad from Boygirlparty is going to get a lot of use.
I have approximately one million tea towels already, but the quote on this Kitch Studios tea towel is so nice. I’ve heard so many iterations and it still makes me happy.
My favourite item from this box is the compass/anchor necklace designed by OwlCrate and produced by The Geeky Cauldron. I’ve been fascinated with compasses ever since watching Pocahontas for the first time so whenever I can get my hands on a compass design I’m set.
The book of the month was Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller, which came complete with an author letter and signed bookplate. I know next to nothing about this book; just that the main character is being called a female Jack Sparrow. I’m totally down for that.
OwlCrate’s April theme is HEAD OVER HEELS and it will include an item from Storiarts. A monthly OwlCrate subscription is just $29.99 USD per box (plus shipping) and you can also get three- and six-month subscriptions!
Like I said, this is my last month as a rep but if you get in quick you can get a discount on your subscription with the code COMMAS10.
