Join me for my November 2019 book photo challenge!

Join me for my #AmpersandNov19 photo challenge!

My #AmpersandNov19 photo challenge is here! For those who are new here, welcome. And for those who’ve participated in any of my previous challenges, welcome back!

This month, I’m doing an ALPHABET CHALLENGE. I’ve wanted to do one of these for soooooooo long. The prompts this month are (almost) entirely up to you. Just make sure that there’s something about your post that features the letter of the day. It could be the book title, the author’s name, or a more abstract thing, like “A is for A bunch of books I’m going to read this month”, “N is for Never going to read this book” or “Y is for You should’ve read this sooner” .

Remember, you can interpret the prompts however you choose. If you’re inspired by something else, go for it! You can also check out my tips for conquering a book photo challenge here. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below or message me via Instagram. And now for the prompts:

  27. Spell your name in books: This is a tag that’s been around since I first started bookstagram, but I haven’t seen it recently! You grab a bunch of books and you try to spell out your name with one letter per book. E.g. My name is Sarah, so I might grab SabrielAll the Light We Cannot See, Red QueenAnne of Green Gables, and Harry Potter . You can see more examples here.
  28. Book spine poetry: Another oldie but a goodie! Take some book titles and try to create some poetry. It doesn’t have to be long. It could just be a few titles that sound cool together. You can see more examples here. A recent one that I like is I’m not missing/I have lost my way./I am still alive/We are okay.
  29. Favourite quote: Any quote from any book you love!
  30. Wrap-up: How did your reading go this month?

I hope you can join me for #AmpersandNov19 on Instagram! Don’t forget to use the hashtag in your posts so I can check out your photos!
